At Presidency Airport Hotel, we are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Standard Rate Bookings

Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. A full refund of the deposit or prepayment will be issued if the cancellation is made within this period.

Cancellation within 30 Days: Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to the total price of the reservation. No refund will be issued for such cancellations.

2.2 Non-Refundable Bookings

No Refunds: For non-refundable bookings, the total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking. No refund will be issued if you cancel or do not show up.

3. Special Circumstances

3.1 Grace Period

24-Hour Grace Period: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of the reservation being made will be eligible for a full refund, provided the check-in date is more than 7 days away.

3.2 Date Changes

Non-Refundable Bookings: Guests are allowed to change their booking dates once, 7 days or more before check-in, subject to availability and for the same or higher rate as the original booking. Changes must maintain the same booking conditions and room type. Exceptions apply to specific date restrictions.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation or the date of the request for a refund.

4.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.

4.3 Administrative Fees

Administrative fees or charges may apply depending on the nature of the booking and cancellation. Such fees will be clearly stated during the booking process and will be deducted from the refund amount.
