1. General Policies

1.1 Occupier Policy

• A maximum of three adults are allowed to stay in a room.

1.2 Child Policy

• Complimentary stay for one child up to 6 years old.
• Children ages 6 and older are allowed.
• Children from 06 years old to 12 years old can stay for INR 1500.00 per child per night.
• Maximum of two children allowed per room, accompanied by parents.

1.3 Age Limit

• Minimum age for booking: 18 years.
• No maximum age limit.

1.4 Curfew

• No curfew.

2. Check-In/Check-Out Policies

2.1 Check-In and Check-Out Times

• Check-In: From 14:00 to 00:00 hours.
• Check-Out: From 00:00 to 11:00 hours.

2.2 Early Check-In/Late Check-Out Charges

• Up to 2 Hours Early Check-In or Late Check-Out: No Extra Charges.
• 2 to 6 Hours Early Check-In or Late Check-Out: 50% of Tariff Rate.
• 6 Hours and Above Early Check-In or Late Check-Out: 100% of Tariff Rate.
• Charges are subject to availability.

3. Cancellation and Prepayment Policies

3.1 Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival will incur a charge of the total price of the reservation.
• Non-Refundable Bookings: Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.

3.2 Prepayment Policy

• For standard bookings: A prepayment of the total price of the reservation is charged at any time.
• For non-refundable bookings: A prepayment of the total price of the reservation is charged at any time.

3.3 Date Changes for Non-Refundable Bookings

• Guests can change their booking dates once, 7 days or more before check-in.
• Date changes must be for the same or higher price as the original booking.
• Date changes must maintain the same booking conditions and room type.
• Exceptions: Guests cannot change dates on their own for chosen dates within 0/30 days this year.

3.4 Grace Period

• No fees are charged for bookings canceled within 24 hours of booking.

3.5 Advance Cancellation

• No specific advance cancellation policy selected.

4. Internet, Parking, and Pets

4.1 Internet

• Free WiFi is available in all areas of the hotel.

4.2 Parking

• Parking information can be found on the facilities & services page.

4.3 Pets

• Pets are not allowed.

5. Accommodation and Charges

5.1 Accommodation Plans

• Room with complimentary breakfast.
• Room Only

5.2 Extra Person Charges

• An additional charge of INR 1500 per extra person.

5.3 GST

• Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable
